To ensure you have a complete understanding of how the consignment process works, please read the terms and policies below and then click here to download our contract.
It's important for you to understand:
- All inventories are on consignment for 60 days. We offer two discounts: 20% on day 20, and 50% off starting price on the 40th day
- We do not allow items to be pulled until the expiration of contract
- Our commission split is 50/50. There is an inventory fee on all items consigned. The fee is included on the ticketed price and paid by the purchaser
- If the consignor wants to claim unsold merchandise, it is your responsibility to claim by expiration date. Items that are left or sold after expiration date become property of PassItOn Consignment
- It is consignor’s responsibility to collect account balances. You may call us, stop in, or email to inquire
- By entering into a contract, you will only consign your property
- PassItOn Consignment reserves the right to have final say on pricing inventory and to hold sales
- PassItOn Consignment is not responsible for damage to any inventory beyond our control, including theft, fire, flood, etc
